Nathan Latu is on his way to New Orleans to kick off his NFL career.

Despite not being drafted, the Oklahoma State defensive lineman has signed an undrafted free agency contract with the New Orleans Saints.
Latu appeared in all 14 games last season, totaling 31 tackles and three sacks for the Cowboys. His greatest performance came against Central Arkansas, when he produced six tackles and 1.5 sacks in OSU’s win over the Bears.
In 2022, Latu played 10 games and recorded 14 tackles and four sacks, ranking second on the team behind Colin Oliver.

Before OSU, Latu attended Snow College, a junior college in Richfield, Utah. He appeared in six games in 2019, totaling 21 tackles, 4.5 sacks, and three forced fumbles that season. He was the 49th-ranked junior college prospect in 2021.

Latu will compete for a position on the Saints, who finished 9-8 last season and missed the playoffs for the second consecutive season.
