Breaking: Saints now seal deal for 3 roster Moves

Saints Announce Three Roster Moves
The New Orleans Saints have made some personnel changes to bring some new excitement into the stadium.

According to Pro Football Talk, the team has signed cornerback Mac McCain and safety Roderic Teamer.

They also decided to cut defensive end Nathan Latu.

These types of modest moves occur with a large number of NFL teams every June.

It keeps the competition going.
McCain, who went undrafted out of North Carolina A&T in 2021, has traveled around the NFL, playing on practice squads with the Denver Broncos, Philadelphia Eagles, Detroit Lions, and Carolina Panthers.

He also played for the San Antonio Brahmas early in 2024 before joining the Saints.

The arrival of Teamer could be much more intriguing.

The 27-year-old has now joined his fourth NFL squad in the previous six years.

After going undrafted out of Tulane in 2019, he played for the Chargers before taking the 2020 season off.
He joined the Colts’ practice squad in 2021 before settling in Las Vegas with the Raiders for parts of three years.

He has now returned to the college where he studied.
In 40 career NFL games, Teamer has 103 tackles, three pass deflections, a sack, and an interception.

The inclusion of McCain as a cornerback and Teamer as a safety must indicate that head coach Dennis Allen intends to improve the defensive backs’ performance this summer.
