Breaking: Clint Bowyer’s son takes brutal jab at his dad before NASCAR return at Nashville

Clint Bowyer is making his successful return to NASCAR tonight in the Craftsman Truck Series, but his son Cash has harsh criticism. When you’re a former driver, your children may not be aware of all of your accomplishments.

Clint Bowyer makes his return to NASCAR’s Craftsman Truck Series today at Nashville Superspeedway. Bowyer is racing for the Spire Motorsports No. 7 team this week, with Rush Truck Centers on board.

Before qualifying, Michael Waltrip caught up with Clint and his son, Cash. The young Bowyer had to knock his father’s chops for not winning yet this season. Cash, on the other hand, is well-off.

Cash is also repping a Kyle Larson “Yung Money” hat. Good looks, kid!

Clint Bowyer will have a chance to make a successful comeback to the Truck Series. Over the years, Bowyer was treated quite well at Nashville Superspeedway. Bowyer raced at Nashville nine times between 2004 and 2008, finishing in the top five in each race, including a win in 2005.

If there was one track Bowyer would always return to, it was Nashville. Not to mention, Bowyer enjoys partying, and Music City is an ideal location for both racing and partying.

Will Clint be able to prove his son incorrect and win tonight?

Clint Bowyer is in a great truck at Nashville

Clint Bowyer’s chances should not be underestimated going into tonight’s Truck Series race. He is a great driver who has kept his abilities as sharp as possible in retirement. You can’t discount 10 Cup Series wins.

Bowyer has three Truck Series victories, two pole positions, and ten top-10 finishes in only 14 races. He has the talent and tools to compete at the front this weekend, and I anticipate him to do so early and frequently.

Spire Motorsports has done great in the Truck Series. Tricon Garage is still the team to beat, ultimately. As long as they have Corey Heim, that is. Bowyer in the 7 truck, I would feel a lot worse about many other drivers in his position.

Clint Bowyer will have to knock the rust off and try to win a race all in the same night. Do you think he can get the job done in Nashville?

Kyle Larson picks Clint Bowyer to win Truck Series race at Nashville

Clint Bowyer leads the Rackley Roofing 200 in Nashville tonight, and Kyle Larson believes he has a good chance of winning. The NASCAR Cup Series champion is backing his friend in the race tonight.

Clint Bowyer has not competed in NASCAR for several years. He’s gotten lazy and comfy in the broadcast booth. Jokes aside, Bowyer appears to be ready to compete tonight at a circuit where he has previously excelled.

Kyle Larson and Bowyer share a friendship away from the track. Their sons, Owen and Cash, are also buddies and racers. With Brian Pattie on the pit box calling the shots, could Bowyer win in this Spire truck?

Now, Clint Bowyer may have performed better in qualifying. After all, he has won the Cup Series ten times before. However, Bowyer has always been a stronger racer than he was as a qualifier. He has received several pole awards in his career.
