Sprinter Tristan Dorville Verbally Commits to Virginia Tech.
NEW COMMIT: Sprinter Tristan Dorville of Jacksonville, Florida, has verbally committed to Virginia Tech for the 2025-26 season and beyond. He participates internationally for the Saint Lucian Swimming Federation.
He will join Lucas Humling and Benedek Tóth in Blacksburg as a member of the Hokie Class of 2029.

He most recently participated in the XXXVI CCCAN Championship, where he finished fourth in the 50m freestyle and eighth in the 200m free. He was also a six-time finalist in the XXXVII Caribbean Championship.
Dorville also competed in the World Championships in February and the World Junior Championships last fall.
His greatest times were a 50m freestyle of 23.68.

Dorville, a coming senior at Bolles School, finished fourth in the 100 free at the 2023 Florida 1A State Championships.
