Breaking: Jaguars Pull Off Deal To Sign $88 Million Star WR In Blockbuster Trade
After losing Calvin Ridley to the Tennessee Titans in free agency, the Jacksonville Jaguars are reportedly considering trading for a great wide receiver.
Trent Baalke and his team need to locate a suitable wide receiver room for franchise quarterback Trevor Lawrence.
Signing Gabe Davis away from the Buffalo Bills to form a team alongside Zay Jones and Christian Kirk does not guarantee this.
The Jaguars will need to address this position in the next NFL Draft, unless they make a blockbuster trade for an excellent veteran.
Jacksonville Jaguars targeting Malik Nabers in blockbuster NFL Draft trade
According to John Shipley of Jaguar Report, Jacksonville is highly interested in the former LSU wide receiver and may target him in the first ten picks.
Some teams, shockingly, rank Nabers ahead of Ohio State’s consensus No. 1 wide receiver prospect, Marvin Harrison Jr. He’s been making rapid progress up the draft boards as the annual event approaches next week.
According to Sportsnaut’s most recent NFL mock draft, Nabers would be selected sixth overall by the New York Giants. With Jacksonville set to pick 17th, moving into the top six for the great pass-catcher would be a costly endeavor.
