The 5-foot-9, 160-pound player, who has spent the last two seasons playing wide receiver and secondary, is regarded as an athletic by the UNC football team. This autumn, he will compete for the starting quarterback position. With some really excellent numbers as a freshman and sophomore, Neal made an immediate impression on the varsity level.
Neal has 90 receptions for 1,277 yards and 17 touchdowns on offense. He has racked up an incredible 15 interceptions and 18 pass breakups on the defensive end of the ball, which has caused plenty of difficulties for teams that dare to throw the ball to him.
