The rings for the Super Bowl LIX winners have arrived. The Philadelphia Eagles were finally able to obtain some new jewelry on Friday night. The Commanders were outscored 55–23 by the Eagles. They took that outstanding performance and went on to provide another outstanding performance in New Orleans, the NFL’s greatest stage. The Eagles, seeking retribution for their last Super Bowl appearance, easily defeated Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs 40–22.
The Eagles won the Super Bowl for the second time in the team’s existence. Jalen Hurts, the seasoned quarterback, was named the MVP of the game.
The Eagles will fly the Super Bowl banner in the rafters at Lincoln Financial Field as a last celebration when they visit the Dallas Cowboys in Week 1 in September. The game will then be behind you. The Eagles are defending their title as champions and are off to a strong start this year.
